Sifu Chyna Dickenson
Kong Han Columbus
Sifu Chyna Dickenson has been actively involved in Chinese martial arts since 1995. She has studied several different styles of Kung Fu and Tai Chi, western boxing, and kickboxing before finding Five Ancestors Kung Fu, known in Chinese as Ngo Cho Kun. Immediately impressed by the efficiency, practicality, rich tradition, and reputation of the style, Chyna devoted herself to the study and propagation of Ngo Cho Kun.
Sifu Chyna has specialized in teaching children with social and emotional disabilities, mental health disorders, physical limitations, and youth affected by trauma. She has taught martial arts to hundreds in the Central Ohio area in children’s residential treatment centers, juvenile corrections centers, in the public school system, and has conducted private and public seminars for children and adults. For three years Chyna ran a full-time martial arts program within a public charter school catering to students with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, emotional disturbances, and oppositional defiant disorder. There she put into action a comprehensive and therapeutic program which helped secondary students overcome social, emotional, and physical obstacles with increased concentration, focus, and confidence in the traditional classroom setting.

She studied Sports and Exercise Sciences at Columbus State Community College, earned her Bachelor of Arts at The Ohio State University, and is presently working on her Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at the American Institute of Alternative Medicine.

Sifu Chyna has earned 1st place and Grand Champion in numerous Chinese martial arts tournaments and championships, has coached and led dozens of students to success in competitions, and has been awarded the rank of 2nd Dan by the International South Shaolin Wuzuquan Federation in Quanzhou, China.
Sifu Jeff Yang
Kong Han USA
Sifu Jeffrey Yang began learning Ngo Cho Kun in 1975 at the Philippine Kong Han Athletic Club under the late Sifu Lo King Hui. He was a very serious student and an active and member of Kong Han until 1978 when he migrated to the USA. After decades of commitment, he began teaching Ngo Cho Kun to his local community in 2004 with the blessings of Headmaster Henry Lo, son of Sifu Lo King Hui, and with the assistance of his training brother Sifu Daniel Kun.
After settling in Canton, Ohio Sifu Yang became a popular restauranter who owned and operated the Manchu Café. Always dedicated to the propagation of Ngo Cho Kun, after working long hours he would close his doors for the day and teach kung fu inside his restaurant by night. As local interest continued to grow, Sifu Yang was inspired to open and run a commercial Kung Fu school where he soon began teaching fulltime. This school, which had become the first official Kong Han school in the USA, thrived for many years and produced several successful students, Ngo Cho Kun practitioners, and fighters. In 2018 Sifu Yang began construction of a new location. By building his own Kong Han USA Headquarters, Sifu Yang was able to shift his focus to teaching serious students without the overhead that a commercial school brings.

Sifu Jeff also teaches Yang Style Tai Chi, and continues to run a rehabilitative Tai Chi program for seniors and individuals overcoming physical limitations. He is trained in acupressure, and was certified in classical Feng Shui in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia under Master Yap Cheng Hai.
He has successfully competed in The International Wuzuquan & South Shaolin Martial Arts Tournament in Quanzhou and continues to lead a group of students to victory there annually. Sifu Yang has published and produced a series of instructional Ngo Cho Kung Fu and Tai Chi videos and he has been featured in numerous publications including Inside Kung Fu and Kung Fu Tai Chi magazine.
Sifu Dickenson is a fourth generation member of Kong Han and is teaching under the guidance and permission of Sifu Jeff Yang and Headmaster Henry Lo.
Sifu Yang currently teaches full-time at Kong Han USA in Canton, OH and oversees Kong Han Columbus.
